It’s still early. It’s not like we’d have results yet. There probably could be an interim at some point. I am sure someone knows better than I do.

But Dr. Liau had also I believe been using the combination ad hoc in her own treatments and had noted it was better to give PD-L1/PD-1 inhibitors before surgery and they also measure for PD-L1 and PD-1 response during DCVax-L treatment I believe and it may turn out to be an indicator of the vaccine working, triggering an immune response where there was none and then the tumor triggering a defensive blocking mechanism.

I believe this has been said in some lectures and also for cold tumors that then are effectively lit up for the immune response.
