Seems to me like you'd want to get all the patents published possible prior to journal publication. Question then becomes why weren't these patent apps completed much earlier? So, perhaps a journal publication is coming sooner or later?? Or it could all just be for future patent trolling. Or just more NWBO breadcrumbs but aiding Powers and other companies.
