Dr. Bosch assigned combination patent rights to NWBO.
Linda powers assigned to NWBO and Cognate. NWBO had a contract with Cognate that certainly must have covered IP rights.
Dr. Liau and Dr. Prins assigned to UCLA who are contracted by NWBO and ownership of patents belongs NWBO, UCLA assigned to NIH.
Kelly Ganges assigned to Cognate and Revimmune. Revimmune is the only question, imo, and from googling around, the expectation is that any normal co-inventor will have set up ownership agreements with the other inventors. It is highly highly unlikely NWBO would have overlooked this in 2015. For Pete’s sake, Linda helped draft the European legislation on patent rights. She is Savy, and would not waste time with such an arrangement if each inventor could turn around and sell to some BP. Rather, that ownership right would certainly be in NWBO’s hands. Imho.
