Sorry for the losses Lodas.Everybody affected in one way or the other.I believe there is something big in a positive way for all eligible shareholder of Washington Mutual Inc. and Lehman Brothers too.If Joyce never took the initiative to form EC,the case could have been closed long time ago in 2012 itself.Most of the equity is owned by big institutional investors who could wait longer knowing the outcome and with proper resources,but for retail its a painful journey.But i hope there is a gold pot at the edge of the rainbow.
WE DID NOT SEE THE PAYMENTS FROM JPM YET,IMO.
