That would appear to be the case if he is not challanged in any way, shape or form .... hard to envision where any push back will occur if he (and/or the CPC) just go on and do as they wish. It is also hard to imagine who will be speaking in behalf of we share holders if Li is compensated for his seed money back in 2016.
