It is all NP. He hired the CRO and did no oversight.
Trial design is responsibility of CYDY. NP pushed short cuts rather than doing the best design to have best possibility of success. NP was all about short term and NEVER the long term. Personal greed was his mantra.

I do agree with what you're saying about the FDA and therapeautics treating covid. There is too much behind the scenes f#$ckery going on with these gov't agencies. How in the world is Nancy Pelosi worth 180 million dollars as a public servant? Her husband bought 1 million dollars worth of Tesla stock and she votes on the green energy bills and incentives for companies like Tesla. We are all being played.

NP brought it all on himself. He just didn't have the experience to contain his emotions and form any kind of real strategy for the company. It was 100% spray and pray. It is easy to blame him for everything when you look at his accomplishments and how much money he took for not executing on any of his initiatives. If he hadn't been so brazen and greedy, he would get more sympathy for his failures.

“Look how our CRO sabotaged the data.”

There is no evidence that Amarex sabotaged any data. NP publicly blamed Amarex multiple times for issues but has never provided any evidence to back those claims.

In regards to the Amarex lawsuit, I’ve previously predicted that new management will negotiate a settlement. CYDY doesn’t have the cash for a lengthy arbitration process nor is it likely that evidence exists to substantially reduce the outstanding debt. Basically, the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. IMO, NP initiated the lawsuit in an attempt to make Amarex the scapegoat for the BLA debacle, possibly as a defense for SEC/DOJ charges.

Explain lying about EUA in UK
Explain stealing shares twice
Explain telling CRO to submit “Short BLA”
Explain selling shares knowing BLA wasn’t complete

"CRO sabotaged the data". That is another falsehood put out by NP to excuse away his failure for mismanagement. NSF, the parent company of Amarex, strongly stated they did nothing wrong and Cytodyn just doesn't want to pay the bills. Perhaps someone should look at the close relationship of Kazemphour and Pourhassan and ask how it got to the point that Amarex had billed $80M for its services? That seems like a very large number for what they did, yet the BOD and Pourhassan didn't object to it and kept paying the bills until they couldn't and then blamed incompetence on Amarex to stop paying the bills?

NP deserves all the blame and then some. Telling the CRO to submit an insufficient BLA alone warrants all the blame. Not implementing a quality assurance/control plan to manage the CRO warrants blame. Misleading shareholders with dubious analysis on trial results, forcing the FDA to make a counter statement warrants blame. Misleading shareholders on the incomplete BLA and selling his own shares warrants blame. There are more reasons, but those alone are enough to not only place blame but likely warrant criminal charges.

Nader gets the blame FOR EVERYTHING AND ITS NOT UNFAIR!
C
Nader literally:

stole from shareholders,

lied to shareholders and the general public about submissions and trial results,

sabotaged his own HIV BLA submission,

saddled the company with toxic debt,

was rebuked by the FDAfor incompetency in designing trials and hyping misleading data,

racked up tens of millions in unnecessary legal fees,

generated SEC and DOJ investigations and

left the company with no revenue on the horizon or money in the bank.

Oh yeah. The CRO is holding trial data hostage because Nader had to pay legal fees and lawsuit settlements instead of vendors.
