Amarex did a considerable number of trials -- $80 mil was over close to a decade. The bigger issue is the $12 mil that CyDy didn't pay -- that would cover two CoV trials, mTNBC, NASH. Much of that money is pas through money that goes to the clinical site operators.
Much of that money was already paid to Amarex for completed trials that have been filed with the FDA.
Why was the 350 combo results not submitted on its own, instead of 700 mono data for which a trial had not been completed. Mr shortcut at is worst. Nader screwed this up from the “jump” , by trying to end run mono on the FDA. I guess he thought he would catch the FDA “ not looking”. The combo was reportedly a slam dunk and SOMEONE GOT GREEDY.
