$TSOI these days the new QUADRAMUNE bottles have 3 capsules per day. I take 2 per day 1 after break fast and 1 after lunch. I skip 3rd capsule to save it more (LOL want to use them thriftly) As far as results are concerned you can notice within 24-48 hours you feel energetic and also feel the difference in (in my case in knees) I am able to RUN every day with out any pains.
