My theory has several strands. First the multiple delays wore out investors' patience; what was exciting two years ago is not so exciting now. Second, the penny stock frenzy that drove this to $3 is over. Third, some on this board and perhaps elsewhere created way over-inflated expectations. And when the stock kept dropping steadily, heading back towards possibly three cents, investors who jumped in at higher prices expecting a return to $3 or $5 or $10 (as people were eagerly speculating a while ago), may have panicked and are now frantically trying to salvage some of their investment.
