I am also baffled. Although, my latest theory, developed while cruising along I-40 between Winslow and Albuquerque today, is that some had expectations for "millions" of mirrors and a paltry 1,000 just didn't cut the mustard. Therefore, too much resistance. IDK? Anyway, I was able to pass some time....

The first shipment was big news to me. The second shipment now is more than simply "twice as big", IMO.
