The Filings are ready , but for some reason DEWM has held off uploading them to Otcmarkets.com , it has been over 2 months now since they put the last required financials on their website here

To sum it up current : DEWM is holding itself hostage from any buyers , maybe they are waiting to release news updates and then they will turn the buy switch back on at the same time?(upload+news)

The financials are there ,hmmmmmm.


And besides they can't even dilute without the buy switch turned on , very odd for a penny stock to hold off getting back on the market like this.

Maybe they have an expiring note holder or something and are waiting for them to clear out?


The only other thing I noticed is they let the trademark application in Canada for their KushCakes become abandoned on 11/30/21

Would this mean only doing business now in the USA? (they already have trademark here) or are they planning to go into another direction at this point? hmmmmmmm

They state "

Maybe time to go this direction?

I kept a couple of million in case. I did ok with DEWM but I left a ton on the table. Rookie rite of passage I guess. I think they will at least pump and dump at some point.
