Although my slight concern with the Merck buyout theory lately is the time this is taking to play out. Not sure Merck would stay patient this long. If we do not get TLD this quarter and BLA is not submitted by then, it’s unlikely we see a buyout this year. Merck wouldn’t purchase before FDA approval. That would mark more than 3 years since Duffy joined NWBO. And I am sure they must have been talking many months before that. So that’s a bit too long to stay committed but you never know! Or perhaps they have been talking to someone else. There is still a ton of cash sitting on the sidelines!
