Actually we don't even have a letter of intent. All we have is an announcement by a known scammer (Wayne)that such a letter exists....with undisclosed terms....such as if it is even binding or what recapitalization will take place.
If this were truly a material event, such info would have to be disclosed.
Al we really have is yet another PR designed to pump a company with less than zero net assets....both of them in fact.
