I have heard that Fred Cohn is no longer with, or soon to be gone from Hartcourt. I have no official confirmation on this though.

clarify some questions RE: Fred Cohn
from an "official source"......Mr. Cohn will
not be with the Company once executive HQ is
officially moved to Shanghai. Further, those
who have seen the Form 144 registration by Mr. Cohn should
know that it was just that..... a registration &
fullfillment of requirements for 144 share ownership.
