I missed the fine tuning but if you mean they have intentions of being able to determine that the batch is as potent as it can be with the correct maturation rate and presence of a level cytokines and chemokines that will create a pro inflammatory attack environment all wall being safe than that is great.

You know this dendritic cell therapy reminds me of the light bulb. Keep refining until you get a more robust and consistent response.

So they have presumably overcome the heterogenous mismatch and or down regulation of antigens conundrum that previous attempts at using 1 or 2 targets with D Cells has failed overall but helped some patients with (makes sense- for those that had the most expression of 1 2 or 6 antigens previous attempts worked well for)

Now with the right targets they need the right intensity and that is where we assume they have refined the maturation.
