Coop has never hided anything in the 10Ks, the WMI restricted subsidiaries have never been COOPs property, I believe they are “sister” companies. Only in the case of a buyout or merger they will have to report it.
This possible buyout/merger is only an option, but it’s clear to me the WMI restricted subsidiaries have a real and very high value.
