The only market they named specifically was otcqb. I’m sure they want Nasdaq eventually based on their other big goals.

And yes, I believe there are some exceptions for reaching Nasdaq rather than the full 3 year 11 million revenue minimum, etc. Hopefully there’s a path to Nasdaq sooner than 3 years.

Either way, this can easily reach $1 plus without a r/s while still being on otcqb.

Could also go the NASDAQ Capital Market - Equity Standard route.

The only thing left to check off the requirements in that regard is the min. bid price of $4, which I personally think we can achieve organically without an RS with positive market take on ITV-1 in Africa, IPF Immune in market (Amazon, CVS, et al), EUA on Covid mAbs, clinical trials starting / IND on HIV mAbs, and animal mAbs licensing & in market with some bonus MC for any microbiome products coming out and double bonus for any AI partnerships.
