#25488 RE: Beanpower #25453

Beanpower, thanks for your well thought out summation. I appreciate you sharing your vision of the possibilities for the future of this "empire" USSE is building.

Your statement:
"ONYI, what is the significance here? While, yes, the production of ethanol is good, that is not where our real cake is. The real cake is the testing of this new conceptual plan to run any type of manufacturing facility with tremendous cost reductions (the 30-35%)."

....I feel is absolutely accurate. While researching a way to "invest" in the inevitable future of "green energy" I found nothing exciting about all of the start-up ethanol plants. The main draw back I saw was the energy (cost)expended. If the only profit was in the form of government subsidy it certainly wasn't a viable answer for energy independence in America. That's where USSE comes to play. Can "we" process enough fuel to actually put in the tanks to eliminate foreign oil imports...probably not in the near future. But, "we" can empower the existing network of green energy suppliers by providing them with the "energy" to produce at a greater profit. Kind of the "power" behind the throne....literally.

You, sir, are entitled to believe what you want. If you want to label me a basher, than go right ahead. I, however, do not feel that that is an adequate title.

I write this now to the newbies who think that this company looks promising. To them I say, it does look promising, revolutionary in fact. That is why I originally bought shares. If all of the things that the company and this board are saying are in fact true, then it is promising. This company could be the next big thing.

There are several things that must be taken into account on this board and this comapny however.

For starters, there is great animosity on the website, and all others like it, to both paid pumpers and paid bashers. That is reasonable, because they serve no purpose other than to manipulate the stock either positively or negitively. The exception, however, is this boards moderator, Zardiw. He is paid by the company to do what he does. Think he might have a little more at stake than most moderators?

Secondly, the spokesperson for this company who is represented on this board cannot justify simple statements in PR's. Such a simple question as what are the addresses for offices described in the January 9th PR regarding Maximus Communications were ignored. If these cannot be justified, how can their larger claims be?

The board as a whole questions the agendas of several posters, but I believe the agenda of this board should be scrutinized. This board is maintained in such a way that it is here solely for the promotion of the company, and that any legimate questions raised are ignored and discredited. If that is the board you wish to listen to, then go right ahead.

Lastly, another point on Maximus Communications. The issue was brought up recently on the relationship between Pratt and Whitney and Mr Davis's company, Turnkey Electric, as sighted on the USSEC website. It was brought to the boards attention that Pratt and Whitney did not recognize a relationship, as stated below;

"Pratt & Whitney Power Systems, Inc. ("PWPS") does not have any partnership agreement or joint venture agreement with Turnkey Electric LLC and is not currently working with Turnkey Electric LLC on any projects involving PWPS equipment"

To this, Mr Davis stated the following;

"Pratt & Whitney does not have 'joint ventures' with outside companies, as the term implies a legal connection relating to liability and it is not normally utilized"
(Post 25109)

This response would seem to be of doubtful truth, however, because a simple search of Pratt and Whitney's website would show that they do in fact have joint ventures with companies such as

Seven Q Seven
China Eastern Airlines
Tube Processing Corporation
Aerojet
Japan Airlines

Amoung others.

I post this as a person with nothing to either gain or lose in this stock. So take it as you will, but keep in mind that there are many red flags surrounding this company, and for every red flag there is poster here willing to defend his or her money.
