Agreed that 8-K is how a public company communicates/should communicate with investors. But we S/H, can’t have it both ways as investors. We reach out to AVXL through IR and do our own investigational work, etc. forcing the company in discussions re the information we get/not get. If I were AVXL’s attorney, I would NOT allow this to happen. It’s way too much risk. I suspect and hope that they’re learning. As a former lawyer/SH, I can appreciate both sides. Success is coming!

Investor, that is an interesting comment, could you expound upon that opinion, and why that may be the case? Would that might be before the Excellence results in your opinion?
