I think I know what the hold up is on the QB status, it has nothing to do with the previous conversions or on going conversions, it has a lot to do with what Andrew has told the shareholders or otherwise, I am inclined to believe the hold up on the QB status has everything to do with merger consummation behind the scenes and ticker name change. Remember this ticker is no longer selling ice cream, this is different breed in the lithium sector. Andrew might have not known what he was doing, he must have mishandled the paperwork.. But I may be wrong also.
