I don't know if there is a merger with Fertoz, yes there is a connection with Pat Avery, but there is nothing there to support that analysis by Sterling or the poster he replied to that Fertoz could be plugging into here. I read the last filing from Fertoz for their earnings call, which was on January 28th of this year nothing in that filing suggested they will be merging with any entity, other partners and collaboration. But I do know that Mr. Avery is definitely has a great resume, but the question should be why is he here.
