NO way the Exxon and FCE extension which coincidentally expires around April 1st is not tied into Exxons future plans. Exxon literally is starting a low carbon solutions division for crying out loud! I'm not saying FCE will be it's only partner in this space, but the writing is on the wall that FCE is a significant partner!
