"Beginning April 1, 2022, the company will be organized along three business lines – ExxonMobil Upstream Company, ExxonMobil Product Solutions, and ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions." Exxon CEO said they have invested more then $15 billion in the low carbon solutions/Carbon Capture space.

NO way the Exxon and FCE extension which coincidentally expires around April 1st is not tied into Exxons future plans. Exxon literally is starting a low carbon solutions division for crying out loud! I'm not saying FCE will be it's only partner in this space, but the writing is on the wall that FCE is a significant partner!
