Yea, I agree. If Missling even had the intent for clinical trials to be updated, then that becomes public, material information that should’ve been announced. Not only does it prevent this crap from happening, everyone would’ve been excited that the trail had been upgraded to a Phase IIi. Especially with the guidance of the FDA as they say.
I don’t get the strategy one bit and understand why everyone is pissed.
