LMFAO... I only said LOI / MOU because that is what they are currently considered but a LOI / MOU is a legally binding contract in places like INDIA! So therefor it is a contract, the only difference is the terminology. The first system is already on the way to India, I would not be surprised to find out it is already onsite and installed or will be at any moment. Once that system comes on line I think many more are on the way to full fill the order from the India government.
I am not sure what it meant, it has been confirmed by both sides that the India deal is legit. Many press releases from US as well as India... Many tweets with our CEO and the India officials. As far as Africa I think we will see much more in the coming weeks... But right now it is all about India and our legally binding MOU/Contract!
