All here KNOW what I feel is/are the reason(s) for the drop in the PPS of COOP.

Shares NEED TO BE ISSUED to bring the common's up to 50% holdings in COOP, to utilize the NOL's to their full values, and to have a new IRS OPINION LETTER issued for a FULL ACCOUNTING OF ALL if IF IF there are any ADDITIONAL NOL's that may be out there to have credited to COOP
