He has terrible communication skills and Shareholders pay the price.
Take legal action and PR clarification about this misunderstanding, stop blaming the CRO. Grow some balls!!

If I'm a CRO I'd be hesitant about working with Anavex knowing that I'll be blamed for a company screw up.

Unless the CRO privately admits that they are to blame.
