In the infinitesimally positive arena, at least the authorized and outstanding shares have not changed since the debt remembrance snafu to now (latest update 2/1/22). Separately, as much as I hope the deal is still moving forward, the way the Dubai deal was played up, changes, delays, or cancellation should have been announced in a timely fashion.
