The key is "as soon as possible", not after the trial is complete and results using new endpoints announced. If they changed on January 18th, why not explain then? Better yet, if they planned on new endpoints based on FDA guidance at the beginning of the trial, update trial design then and announce why you are doing it. These are simple things... if they can't handle the simple things, what else is going on?

He said it in the conference call, from what I can tell anyway. No need to repeat himself just because a few traders are trying to distort news for their own gain.

IMO, sadly, this has been a FUD day so far. If the RSD kids/subjects are well off and improving then find a way to get that message out. Fudsters cannot handle the truth.

100% agree Gator. He needs to say nothing. I heard it on the call, and that's all I personally needed to hear. The SP will take care of itself in due time. Not concerned...not even a little bit. I upped my stake in Anavex today and feel better about my investment than at any other point in time since my first position.
