It's very clear the discussion to which "improbable" was replied had nothing to do with when "before" or "after" F&F investors bought-in at $0.05 cents for instant profits, financing the Eco-Aero JV for Xeriant to pay XTI Aircraft. And, is still irrelevant.

But Q didn't say anything about prior or after bridge financing. He just continued discussion about funding from F&F investors. You then replied "improbable." No distinction was provided about prior or after the $6M financing. That distinction is irrelevant anyway.

I pointed out how previous to announcement of "improbable" that F&F investors funded the JV money for XTI Aircraft. That there were several like reports that F&F investors had funded the JV monies for XTI. That was as reported by you.

Both "improbable" and 'financing by F&F did happen' were stated from the same source. That is notable.

XERI did what it had to do raise capital -- and it turned to the F&F investors who had been there for it before. If you have a problem with that, then you need to take it up with virtually every VC and Angel Investor on the planet

Stock, Duffy did raise $$$ with the $6 million bridge financing. But it took a while to arrange for it. In the interim, he relied on F&F investors.

Stock, As you are well aware, F&F investors are given restricted shares -- which make it impossible for them to make an "instant profit upon closing their F&F purchase."

Stock, Did it ever occur to you that maybe the millions of dollars XERI raised by selling large blocks of its shares to Friends & Family in the Summer & Fall of last year might have gone to XTI, rather than (as you have claimed) lining the pockets of XERI's senior management (eg, Keith Duffy & his brother) via some sort of double dipping compensation scheme?

It is notable that the same source of new and important company news has now later claimed these above claims of F&F investors funding the JV as "improbable."
