Thanks for your reply. Listing will be at least 2 years away, assuming we have earnings this year and next.
People worry about having a reverse split to get the $2 minimum bid. I see no need for this, unless and until we have 2 years of earnings. If we have that, I think LQMT will be well north of $2 a share without a reverse split.
A minimum of 450 shareholders? I wonder how many we have?
