How would you know if there was or wasn't or isn't a Merger deal???? you wouldn't

Telling 30K people that you're going to take control of a company then watching the price go up then tweeting that you're going to only take control to destroy the company and anyone involved is market manipulation not to mention his only select follow can see what he say or posts when you aren't even involved with the company you got fired
as computer repair guy I recall another computer repair guy that was involved highly in Illegal crap and when the people that hired him to fix their computers but they fired him for stuff they found he was involved with he threatened retaliation for being fired that sounds a lot like GS did to CUBV and now GM but where its involved with a public company its not just hurting Gm its hurting everyone... its Manipulation at its finest
also a tweet shows that Management bought 100 million shares when GS was involved... only the SEC would be able to get the records to see if GS has been buying and selling shares

Two common types of stock manipulation are pump and dump and poop and scoop. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/manipulation.asp

" What Is Poop and Scoop?

“Poop and scoop” occurs when a small group of informed people attempts to drive down a stock's price by spreading false information, rumors, and otherwise damaging information (“poop”) in order to then buy the stock at a lower price (“scoop”). If they are successful, they can purchase the stock at bargain prices, as the overall marketplace will have sold off the security, causing the price to fall dramatically. “Poop and scoop" is generally frowned upon by securities exchange regulators and can be prosecuted by the SEC" https://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/poopandscoop.asp

This is the one I believe happens a lot
?Short and Distort

A similar (and likewise illegal) tactic employed by unethical traders is "short and distort," where instead of buying the stocks at a discount when rumors and false information cause the price to drop, investors short sell the security and then talk the value down my spreading misinformation for a profit. However, recognizing a legitimate short position being built in a company by a large investor, a “poop and scoop” (or a “short and distort”) could also parlay off the noise genuine shorters are generating.
