He basically destroyed the PPS to fill his ego. He's done it to so many tickers. A fair few I've been in too. They're usually the ones that get some volume and he feels like it threatens his tickers.

I know the SEC doesnt really care much about the OTC as it's the wild west but you'd have to think they will act sometime. It's frankly absurd.

The only solace I take is that all his tickers are in the doghouse. Unlike this one, which I added to on its rise rather than sell any shares, I actually sold his FOR# near the top. That 40k I made would be worth hardly anything now.

I think the word you would describe him doing this is Malicious and malcontent toward shareholders that have done nothing to himm it would Harm Shareholders and him threatening to do so has seriously harmed share price for the 2 years that he's tweeted about the bs he's been doing to harm CUBV not sure how this hasn't classified as market manipulation and fraud since its harmed everyone just because XXX person did you wrong doesn't give you the right to do harm to others... Not sure how everyone sees GS as Holy I've asked the question if He's such a great OTCM guy why isn't he saying he's going to take control to Help all of us share holders that may have been harmed by GM and Margret's bs??? not saying that I believe that GM was involved wrongfully or its just Margret's bs being fed by what she's reading on gs twitter or talking to him?
I have a lot of money invested here on Lithium merger deal and my friend invested a bunch not sure if my dad did as well. and all GS has done is harmed the shareprice so If he's such a great guy why isn't he saying that he wants to take control to find a Legit Lithium or other merger candidate and go after anyone that has scammed Shareholders that bought on the open market legit not given shares for this or that bs deal like Alex's shares were. as him threatening to take control of CUBV to do a Massive R/S and then Sue some lawyer that GM hired that he doesn't like and possibly put CUBV in to bankruptcy to get it delisted Costing everyone every penny they invested here. that to me is just as bad as what he claims Margret and GM have been doing... People that have contact with him should ask why he wants to ruin everyone we did nothing to him we just don't want him to Screw us over like he claims gm has done
