Honestly, I don't use the posts on ST to determine what will happen to PHIL. If anyone charted out the number of days pps has actually gone up the day after a night of mostly positive posts over there, I think it would be way under 50% of the time.

Until a loan is officially executed, we won't see a major and sustained spike.

I'm hopeful next week is the charm.
