The Canes, Agree! My guess is that Denner understands AMRN has to be
sold to BP as the best way to unlock value. Whatever road he has to
take to get there is fine, especially if the trip is not too long.
Denner has proven he is competent and I'm certain he has a solid
game plan. Sure hope Denner gets more activist investors and
institutions onboard who will be supportive of any actions that
Denner may take. (I only hope that KM and his BOD will work with
him and not against him, but I'm not holding my breath.)

Dr. Denner doesn't take the approach you're suggesting. He'll realign the BOD. Typically with a reduction in the number of members and the introduction of new blood which will make-up the majority.

He'll need a lot more than 10% to do that.

Not saying i am pessimistic (far from it) but its a long road ahead. Look for at least 12 months out.
