I thought Kab had a very good response on the patent protection being effectiveness at the time of the filing. So I’m not sure that would even be an issue with delaying the execution of a contract. Although it’s possible the intergration of Flashworks into the manufacturing plan and the contract might not yet be determined. But it’s very late in the game for a contract not to be in place.
My lens is more open to the potential involvement of a partner or buyer being the cause. And perhaps Flashworks being a cover story?
