They were Restricted, and still are, unless the Legend has been removed.

We won't know until the next filing. But yes we agree, it's a different scenario than the 500 Million given to Alex for "Compensation."

Mark is not listed as a 5% shareholder.

Only Morgan and Margaret know the list of shareholders (Under 5%) that were awarded shares for whatever reason.
