Today was a limited audience it will take a few days for the info to spread. The up list PR will be the first catalyst that gets the price moving then the big one will be the ITV-1 move.
I really think people are over valuing the impact of the audited financials. The delay is unfortunate but they will come. The other milestones the doc referenced are game changers if they get delivered. Just my opinion.
