Thanks for the heads up. I might hold some for a promo but I'm not at all a fan of 3(a)(10) settlements that result in a lot of unrestricted shares. Last deal like that I saw involving Top Knot happened with VGLS in November 2020. Look at the VGLS chart since then. There were a couple of pump and dumps that were tradeable if you were in early. But it's at .0004 now
