Dell and HP own the retail computer market..

Me, I buy the components and assemble my own. Learn a bit that way. It can be more expensive my way, but usually not.
One can get a pretty good mother board and processor for a couple hunnert or less. Even much less on sale.

But I've more memory by far than I really need, and mucho more video card and power supply. (I do no gaming, except solitaire..)

I do have to pay Bill Gates retail for his OS..DELL and HP can get the OS much cheaper than I can. Somebody oughta look into that!!??...
