For every winner there has to be a loser just how it goes. Looking at the broader industry there are a number of larger corporations looking for loopholes to terminate previously announced definitive agreements to acquire equity interests of takeover targets. You may get your "dream" to be a bag holder after of your precious little NGW. Don't stop believing.
