The answer you got on the other forum is pointing to dilution, which is one possibility for issuing more shares. And while dilution, despite what some say, can be a positive thing, it seems unlikely in this situation.
A re-structuring seems likely at some point, but it's anyone's guess as to how they'll go about it.
