Thanks for doing that legwork. I had no idea about this language difference. I thought FNMA wasn't included merely because no plaintiff owned it at the right time.

The class action letter also had what I thought was an oversight: the Freddie class doesn't include the four private placement series (FREGP/FREJN/FREJO/FREJP). Now I think it's possible that those series also don't have the right language.

Those series also trade on OTCBB, which is why I'm confused as to why they weren't included in the Freddie class.
