FNMA commons and Lamberth.
I looked up the case and there is contact information for the attorney.
I was lucky enough to receive a call back.
He was kind enough to take a minute and explain that FMCC commons, FNMA preferred and FMCC preferred have additional language that enables this law suit.
He did not elaborate much on what was missing in FNMA commons other than that he could not add them.
I am hoping someone knows more about why.
I have owned some FNMA since 2011
I have purchased FMCC lately.
