LG.......from what pool of liquid assets do you see any returns to escrow holders, after it was made clear in the WMIL-T closing statement that no money was forthcoming via this source?.... also it was made clear by J Bray, that coop has nothing to do with the WMIL-T, as well as the FDIC-R, stating there would be not enough money to pay escrows, or equity when they close the receivership.....Rosen also stated that all Safe harbor, or Trust assets were accounted for and that there is no hidden assets.... he stated this in capitalized letters in the closing statement of the WMIL-T....so, just where do you see payments to escrow holders without legal language in any documents?.....this WMIL_T is over, done with, and any money that WMIH funded it with has gone to charity... notice that even a paltry sum given to charity was NOT GIVEN TO ESCROW HOLDERS... why?.... simply because the WMIL-T was mechanism to pay off creditors, and has NOTHING TO DO, WHATSOEVER WITH ESCROW EQUITY HOLDERS...... Or the timing is 'interesting'...

As in preplanned actions requiring synchronized execution ... like closing escrow in a house sale (I am not implying any relation to 'escrow' markers).

If there is money behind the curtain (I believe there is), it may very well require things to happen in quick succession so that the entire process is 'fait accompli' by the time anyone has time to file a restraining order.

I have said before that I believed the parties in the know had a calendar that was planned out at the beginning (i.e. POR7)

Yeah, this is what we've been waiting for. As you have been pointing out about the expiry of WMI-LT charter by 3/22/2022, hopefully we'll see actions finally before now and 3/22/22 where we'll come to some conclusions that may lead to some finality about our 'F&R' recoveries.
