I agree about the class action suit. Here's how that should play out. Everyone spend 15 minutes filing with the SEC. Let the SEC, in effect, be the Attorney for the the class action.

Class actions require lower court certification, then find law firm willing to take the case, then lots and lots of time compiling. Let the SEC do it. There will also be the advantage of immediate cataloguing by the SEC if needed for reference in any other cause of action relating to GS.
