No one can impose anything on Bitcoin, Bitcoin is untouchable. Have you ever tried looking at the developers for cryptocurrency, most are in disguised with an Avatar name, almost like secret society. The whole premise of Bitcoin is the Government can not touch it or mess with it, yeah sure, the herd mentality and doom and gloom will hurt it for short period of time, sometime longer, there are certain episodes that bitcoin goes because of the low circulating supply, almost like small float stock and I own and control 10% of it, I can control the stock, essentially, someone with a huge position and collude with someone else with a big position, saying, "Did you see the news this morning about Russian proposing to ban Bitcoin and cryptos" Michael Saylor tells Elon this, "Lets sell a few thousand share each and spook some people into selling". There you have, Bitcoin is virtually untouchable the only people that can play the ups and downs with knowing the what is happening are at the same people that own a boat load.
