The courts should have an obligation to understand the subject matter to the extent that the common spectator viewing from the rafters isn't forced to cringe, as an imbecilic Judge mimics Generic expert's misstatements about scientific facts. The erroneous citation of the cropped study, you would claim is acceptable, which is no different than accepting 1 + 1 = 3. But let the truth ring out right? No legal argument can be made to change the math, but you believe, if you can overwhelm the court with B.S, then hell with truth. The one who can best divorce the court from truth should deserve the win. But it's worse than the cropped study in isolation, because Du mis-stated what the USPTO said was the reason for granting the patent after a new application was submitted. Everyone knows patents are often rejected on the first application, because unlike Du's missing in action due diligence, the USPTO is trained to be thorough. It would be out of place if they didn't prosecute the claims vigorously, as they should be. Not in Du's court. The unexpected finding that App B did not increase, was recognized by the USPTO as "Unexpected" (emphasis added) that is the holy grail to grant a patent. But Du said different about what the USPTO which had no basis in fact.
This case began and ended before it started. An incompetent Judge was easily manipulated, and if 1 + 1 = 2 and the Judge says it's 3, then a terrible injustice was perpetrated. Yes there is standing, standing up for the truth. Truth has become a last class citizen, especially in the last few years. Just keep telling lies enough times, it becomes the truth. You sound like you run with that element. I give all the institutions 1 and a half years tops. It's unsalvageable. Corruption runs top to bottom. A brand new system that works for the people will rise.
