This stuff is EXTREME. Written in any other public forum or publication, with the writer's name placed at the bottom, wouldn't you think there'd be a "real" case for slander at hand? And this forum is - as meant to be - influential.
Well, there obviously ARE "real" names to all of us here, and "the tree" was clearly "shaken" badly this week, and the privilege of being "anonymous" in what each of us chooses to write here should not extend to any writing that can do or does do "real" harm to individuals (corporate officers, at least) and the company - which I certainly see to include me as a shareholder.
(Class action suit, anyone?)
