this bear market (weekly)
each is a tad different but each the market becomes over priced
fairly priced and then ends underpriced. this will be a correction
within a bull market.

when the market loses the weekly bollinger band CL this is the signal
it has started. Now if the weekly bollinger band cl is regained then its a fake bear. there will be an attempt to run to the weekly bollinger band cl
and that will provide resistance.


tops with rsi +70 then lower rsi divergence above the bollinger bands
the bear ends with rsi 30 or lower below bb bands and rsi divergence

this bear looks like the 2018 correction.
